Day one of the Pull Up Diary.
Workout:
10 sets of pull ups:
2 sets wide overhand grip: 5 ,5
2 sets should width overhand: 6,6
2 sets narrow ovehand: 6,6
2 sets shoulder underhand: 6,5
2 sets narrow underhand:5,4
Total: 52 reps
+5 sets core exercises
